Fantastic Mic from the mid to late 70’s. Comes with original box and paperwork. The modern versions of this microphone just don’t stack up to the character and the tone of these vintage classics. Switches are working as expected. XLR fits tightly. This model is known as being perhaps the best of the entire C414 line (certainly better than every 414 that came after it), and these mics are true studio workhorses, as they sound great on a wide variety of sources. You will still find these mics in widespread use in all the great recording studios, like Abbey Road where they still use four.
